Exercise to music for fitness, friendship and fun.
Dates:         Tuesday and Thursday mornings re-commencing Tuesday 7th October

Aerobics
Beginners, especially mums,  welcome.  20 minutes cardio, 30 minutes toning and 10 minutes cool down.  Bring  water and a large towel to lie on.

Healthy Weight Loss Group
This program will include support, motivation and information sessions on a range of related topics to ensure success.  Feel free to bring along a friend for support and take the steps to a healthier lifestyle.  For further information contact Janine Clark
